Some days I wake up, look at Baba and realize that we have been traveling together for thousands of years. Those are the best days, the days in which I k*Now the w*Hole truth.

Angie took this photo as we walked swiftly across town in New York City. We (Adam, Angie, Baba and myself) parked the car too far from the destination and then, my shoes broke. Once we fixed the problem, threw the shoes away, I wore the pair that could hold my feet. That's when we gave thanks for the mistake and had a great journey along the stone wall of central park. The horses and carriages were sharing the road with the bicycle taxi's and the yellow cabs. We headed to Lincoln Center to see Laurie Anderson in Homeland. The tickets were gifted by Molly and Pablo at our east village concert Thursday night. As always, there is far too much to say and so, I say what moves me most. The end never justifies the means. Change is good. unc*Locking the c*Lock and dying before death are the flowers growing from my brain this morning as I try to catch my breath in Norfolk at Victoria House. The Dharma is well, at my feet and feeding me the action of this so real play, the creating of The Cabaret.

Helsinki was a great night. That venue had the love, the audience and the sound needed to feed the show. Thank you to Hammertown Barn, KZE, We didn't tell the whole story, but we did grow The Ball Of Peace and sang a slew of the songs. The Bus Driver and Mama Hillybean were a wonderful addition to the stage show of Lizzie West and Baba Buffalo. Meanwhile Dr. Bronner's is our favorite soap, bringing us hope in a world full of pain, Dr. Tumbleweed re*Minds us to worship the rain.

We visited my brother. Seeing three kind and loving men, showing the child that music is the way, that was a living prayer. In trust and celebration, from the holy road. Lizzie and Dharma Dog too.
